Return & Refund Policy

At Hoff the Rack, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, change of mind, or buyer's remorse — so please review our size charts carefully before ordering.

We do make it right if something goes wrong. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@hofftherack.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or issues resulting from an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
