At Hoff the Rack, all items are made to order. Please review the timelines below when planning your order.

Production Time Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Some sizes or specific products may require additional time depending on vendor availability.

Shipping Time Once your order ships, delivery typically occurs within 5–7 business days.

Total Estimated Time Most customers receive their orders within 7–11 business days from the date of purchase.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays We do not guarantee delivery dates. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or product availability. During peak seasons, additional time may be needed.
